The short answer
Two no-touch forehead thermometers at almost the same price: around £33 for the Braun and £30 for the Tommee Tippee. The Braun's big advantage is Age Precision. You set your child's age band and the backlit screen turns green, yellow or red against Braun's bands for that age. It also works contact-free or with a light touch. The Tommee Tippee gives a simpler green or red light with an alarm, but it reads in about a second and stores the last 20 readings, where MadeForMums notes the Braun has no memory. Both have a silent mode.
The same caveat applies to both. Forehead readings aren't among NICE's recommended methods for under-5s, so treat either as a quick first check and confirm a high or borderline result with an underarm or ear thermometer.
My call: the Sensian 7. Colour coding adjusted for your child's age is worth more than a reading history when you're half asleep and second-guessing a number. Pick the Tommee Tippee if a record of earlier readings matters more to you.
