The full review

The Elle TENS Plus is Babycare's three-in-one: a birth mode with a contraction timer and boost button, a general pain mode for back pain and period pain, and a pelvic floor mode that uses an included vaginal probe to stimulate the muscles after birth.

Owners like it, with an average of 4.8 out of 5 from more than 130 ratings on Amazon UK, and its birth mode has the boost button and contraction timer you'd want. Babycare's FAQ says the pelvic mode shouldn't be used until at least 12 weeks after birth, and like every TENS it can't be used in water.

The catch is that most people don't need the extra modes. Pelvic floor exercises are free, and if you have leaking, heaviness or pain after birth, the first step is a pelvic health physiotherapist rather than a gadget. My pelvic floor trainer guide covers the wider picture. At about £100, it only makes sense if you're sure you'll use all three functions.
