The full review
Philips added this 2-in-1 to its range in 2025, and on paper it's the most thoughtful home warmer around. It uses a water bath, which Philips describes as the hospital-standard method, with constant circulation to avoid hot spots. A smart sensor reads the milk's starting temperature and adjusts the warming time, and once it's done it holds the bottle at feeding temperature for up to 60 minutes before switching off.
Philips quotes three minutes for 150ml of room-temperature milk in a 9oz Natural bottle, so fridge-cold milk will take longer. The controls are a single button with sound and light alerts, and there's a window so you can see the water level, which helps when someone else is doing the night feed.
The second trick is steam sterilising. With the attachment fitted, it will sterilise a bottle along with soothers and small parts. It's no replacement for a full-size steriliser if you're bottle feeding round the clock, but it's handy for one bottle or a set of pump parts.
Owners on Philips' UK site rate it 4.9 out of 5, though from a smaller pool of about 40 reviews, some of them written as part of promotions. One owner mentions sometimes selecting a larger volume than is actually in the bottle to get the milk warm enough.
