Tommee Tippee's Deluxe sleep aid comes as Ollie the Owl or Pip the Panda, which Tommee Tippee says are functionally identical. Inside the plush is a light and sound unit with six soothing sounds, adjustable volume and three levels of warm night light, plus a CrySensor that hears your baby cry and automatically starts soothing.
Its standout spec is battery life: it's USB rechargeable, and Tommee Tippee quotes up to 72 hours per charge, far longer than most. The plush exterior comes off for the washing machine. At John Lewis it averages 4.7 out of 5 from 89 reviews.
As with Ewan, placement matters. Tommee Tippee's own FAQ says its plush light and sound aids shouldn't be left in your baby's cot while unsupervised, so give it a spot on a nearby shelf or table.
