The short answer
If you want a movement pad and a video monitor without Wi-Fi, these are the two routes. The Angelcare AC25-1 is one integrated system: a wireless pad plus a 4.3-inch video parent unit that sounds the movement alarm wherever you carry it. Babysense True Sleep bundles two separate products, the Babysense 7 pads and an HDS2 video monitor with a bigger 5-inch screen.
True Sleep is much cheaper (around £110 against £179), includes two pads rather than one, and adds a slowed-movement alert that Angelcare doesn't list. But its breathing alarm stays in the nursery, so you're relying on hearing it through the video monitor. The Angelcare puts the alarm in your hand, which matters most for daytime naps when you're elsewhere in the house.
My call: the Angelcare if you'll often be out of earshot of the nursery, because a portable alarm is the whole point of paying more. If you room-share at night and mainly want video for naps, True Sleep is the better value.
