The short answer
Same price, very different philosophies. The Eluma Nest adds cry detection, automatic rocking, vibration and white noise. The SnuzPod 5 adds nothing electronic, but it straps to your bed, has a zip-down wall and six heights, and its lift-off bassinet rocks by hand.
The SnuzPod is the better bedside crib by a distance, because the Eluma Nest can't fix to the bed or lower a side. The Eluma Nest is the better soother, which matters most if your baby stirs a lot between feeds.
My call: if keeping your baby within arm's reach for night feeds is the priority, buy the SnuzPod 5 and a separate white noise machine. If you want the crib to have a go at resettling your baby before you do, the Eluma Nest is the cheapest sensible way to get that.
