The full review
Belkin's SoundForm Mini are simple on-ear Bluetooth headphones designed for children from three, and they keep turning up near the top of UK round-ups. MadeForMums named them its best kids' headphones overall, and a What Hi-Fi writer bought a pair for their three-year-old after the same model survived an older sibling.
Belkin quotes around 30 hours of battery, and a 10-minute USB-C charge gives about three hours. There's a built-in microphone for calls, and a 3.5mm cable so they keep working when the battery dies (handy with a Yoto Mini).
The caveat is the volume cap: Belkin specifies a maximum of 85dB in Bluetooth mode, so when wired, set a limit on the device too. There's also no lower toddler setting and no parental-control app, which some rivals offer.
