The full review
Momcozy's Superfast portable warmer is a cordless, insulated flask that heats liquid itself, rather than warming a bottle placed inside it. Momcozy says it heats water to 40C in three minutes and fridge-cold breast milk to body temperature in about five.
Its big selling point is capacity: 500ml (17oz), which Momcozy pitches at families with twins or anyone needing a lot of milk through the day. It charges in about an hour and a half, according to Momcozy, and the thermos design is meant to be leak-proof.
Momcozy also markets it for heating water for formula. As with any portable warmer, 40C water won't kill bacteria in powdered formula, so use it for breast milk or ready-made formula and follow the NHS flask method for powder. And remember the NHS advice to use breast milk within an hour once your baby has started drinking from the bottle.
