The full review

eufy, better known for home tech, has become a serious player in wearable pumps. The S1 Pro comes as a pair of in-bra pumps in a charging case, with suction of up to 300mmHg across seven levels and a HeatFlow feature that warms the flange to between 35C and 41C. eufy says the case keeps you going for up to five days before it needs charging itself.

Independent reviews are the best of any wearable here. MadeForMums gave it 4.9 out of 5 in April 2026, with its tester getting 6 to 7oz per session and no leaks while doing housework, and it's MadeForMums' pick as the best premium wearable. Mother&Baby's tester, who was exclusively pumping, found the suction efficient and had no leaks either.

The downsides: it's visible under clothing, pouring milk out of the cups takes practice, and the heated flanges can't go in a microwave steam steriliser (MadeForMums suggests an electric or stovetop method instead). eufy claims the warming boosts output by 30%, but I haven't seen independent evidence for that figure. The warranty is 12 months on the pumps and three months on washable parts, shorter than Medela or Elvie.

If you want more, the newer S2 Pro (around £379) adds a massage function and a longer-lasting case, but the S1 Pro is the better value.

Pros and cons

  • Excellent independent reviews for output and comfort
  • Gentle warming with seven heat levels
  • Charging case gives up to five days of use, per eufy

What I don't

  • Heated flanges aren't microwave-steriliser safe
  • Shorter warranty than Medela or Elvie
  • Pouring milk out is fiddly at first
