The Dual 150 is a compact ultrasonic cool-mist humidifier with a 3-litre tank that Levoit says runs for up to 25 hours and suits rooms of around 27m² (290 square feet). It fills from the top, which makes daily refills and cleaning less of a faff, and it switches itself off when the tank runs dry.
Crucially for a nursery, Levoit lists a humidistat with adjustable humidity control, so you can stop it pumping moisture into a room that doesn't need it. Levoit rates it at under 28dB, it has a 360° rotating nozzle, and there's a night light.
There's also an aroma tray, which I'd leave empty in a baby's room. And like every ultrasonic humidifier, it's only as clean as you keep it: Levoit's own guidance stresses regular cleaning and maintenance to avoid mould and mineral build-up. There are no owner reviews on Levoit's UK store yet, so this one is judged on its spec sheet.
